official transcript인데 pdf 또는 스캔본 업로드?

안녕하세요. 이번에 UT Austin 지원을 하는데 한 가지 헷갈리는 게 있어서 이렇게 글을 작성하게 되었습니다.

official transcript는 밀봉된 우편이나 학교에서 직접 발송된 것만 인정해주는 것인 줄 알고있었는데
지원서에 성적증명서 제출 시 official transcript의 pdf나 스캔본을 업로드 하라고 나와있더라구요.

그러면서도 unofficial transcript는 절대 금지한다고 나와있습니다. 그리고 다른 기관에 제출된 성적표의 스캔본도 금지한다고 하며, 만약 transcript가 밀봉이 되어있다면 개봉해서 업로드해도 된다고 나와있습니다.

이런 상황이면 학교 학적팀에서 발급받은 성적증명서 스캔본이나 pdf를 업로드 하면 되는걸까요?
