저희 실험실에서는 다양한 유전자조작 줄기 및 면역세포를 이용한 원발성 및 전이성 암세포에 대한 적중형 기술개발에 관한 연구와 인간화 마우스를 이용한 항암 기전을 분자생물학적 방법을 이용하여 증명하고 있으며 아래와 같은 연구를 수행하고 있습니다 (BK4+ 지원실험실).

- 사람 및 반려동물 항암 세포치료제 개발

- 암세포 증식 및 전이 억제 줄기세포 및 면역세포의 배양 및 치료제 개발

- 암세포 전이 억제 유전자를 발현하는 세포치료제 개발 및 제작

- 인간화마우스(humanized mouse) 이용한 효능 평가 진행

- 기존 지방조직 및 혈액 유래 면역세포와 줄기세포는 분리 후 SV40 시스템을 이용한 불멸화 세포주 구축
